Going on his 16th year of owning and operating Hall's Septic Services, Inc., Jerry Scarborough attributes his integrity to his career as a Maryland State Trooper. Jerry has always excelled at whatever he has done. He was the 1989 Trooper of the Year for the whole state of Maryland. Jerry has many awards for the most drunk driving arrests etc. Somehow he has implemented his perfectionism into Hall's Septic Systems, Inc. where he offers Septic tank, grease trap, and holding tank pumping, Jerry is certified by NAWT (National Association, of Waste Transporters.) in Septic System Inspections. He says most of his knowledge comes from working in the field.
